EFFEX 180 is proud to be an Alberta owned enterprise. It is principally operated by Margaret Duke and Sheryl Preiss. They completed their lifestyle & fitness training with a specialty in resistance training through the Alberta Fitness Leader Certification Association (AFLCA). They received valuable training and experience at the YMCA where they volunteered as Lifestyle & Fitness Coaches. Having been stay-at-home and working moms Margaret and Sheryl know first hand the difficulty women face in trying to balance the demands of family, school, home and work and still have enough time and energy left to exercise. They created EFFEX 180 to provide an effective and time efficient workout in a beautiful setting aimed at giving women strength and energy to meet life's challenges!
